Pros (+) The price was good but after this I wish we'd spent more somewhere else.
Cons (-) AC was out in our room. The front desk clerk told us the best he could do was have it looked at the next day. We were staying for one night. Room decor was very outdated.

Cons (-) The floor carpeting in the room by the A.C. unit was soaking wet. REALLY wet. A light bulb was out, the batteries kept falling out of the remote because there was no back cover, and a weird “hook” fell off the wall. Cons (-) Shower curtain was broke, plug-in covers missing, walls paint is chipped and dirty, bathroom floor dirty, toilet ran every 15 minutes. Drawers broken in room. Room was cheap, but room quality still wasn't worth it. The power went out while we were there too.

Pros (+) Glad that it was priced as low as it was. Staff had a great can do attitude. Very helpful when I booked wrong days.
Cons (-) Not well maintained or remodeled building. Paint job was shoddy and the desk help was understaffed (the gal who was there was VERY friendly, but it was only her second day and she was very inexperienced and over-whelmed). Hallway smelled like Marijuana in the morning. The "queen"-sized bed was closer to a full-sized bed.
