Friendly staff although at times understanding of English was a problem
There was a sauna advertised in the basement but it was closed for the duration of my stay, also the rooftop bar. Also the hotel appeared to be 30 minutes walk from the Hilton Hotel was in fact 30 minutes by taxi.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful.”
“It's a modern hotel, well located for those needing or wanting to stay in the Geo Milev area as I did. Public transport bus stop right outside the building, shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away plus the park. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The air con is good to have for hot days. Reception staff friendly and efficient.”
