Hostel Sopotiera

This is not a hotel/hostel that I wil recommend other people to stay at. 1. The bathroom was small. I'm 182 cm tall. When I had to use the toilet, I could not sit down, unless I had the door to the toilet open. 2. I were traveling with my 18 years old daugther. In the room there were only one, small bed, that we should to sleep in together. We talked with the reception desk the first day and asked for an extra bed. They offered us a floating mattress, to sleep in. The lady in the reception told us that the mattress should be delivered to our room. When we returned to our room in the evening the first day, there were no extra mattress, and the reception were closed for the day. My daugther ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to ask again the next day, and a floating mattress were delivered to our room this day. A floating mattress is not is a good solution, but it's better then sleeping on floor. 3. There were something that looked like a balcony/terrace, with windows around. We and the neighbor shared this "balcony". The only thing that separated us where a small and tiny paper wall that could be removed very easy. 4. The bed was not good to sleep in. It was small and the quality was poor. The last night the bed broke down. The room where so small that we had to remove the bed to our balcony. T 5. I contacted booking.com/Hostel Sopotiera and asked how they recomend to travel with public transport frow Gdansk Airport to the hostel. The answer I got was that Hostel Sopotiera has been notified that it is possible to arrange this, but they can not promise anything at this point. They would therefore like to emphasize that the desire goal can be met only if it is possible at the time of check-in. How to travel from the airport to Sopotiera has nothing to do with availability. I can not understand why I got this answer. Dont booking.com or the hostel. read the mail? 6. One of the lady at the reception did not speak english. I been using booking.com for several years, and I have never had problems like this. This is the worst hotel/hostel that I have ever stayed in.
