The staff was friendly, no complaints there. The hotel is conveniently located. My room was called "accessible" and what that provided was a very tall tub with multiple handrails. It was slippery when wet and showering is difficult with both hands on the rails to prevent a fall. There were obvious attempts to upgrade the facilities but the workmanship was simply sloppy.
