Cold faucet (and toilet) were both hot water. Weird to flush and have steam come from bowl.
Room was quiet and comfy, price was right, friendly staff.
Building needs maintenance. Mismatched paint repair next to toilet is very unsightly

Your front desk staff made us comfortable with the location and the parking situation. We were traveling with camping gear on an extension from our truck bed. Wow! You need to keep them.

The door to our room did not close properly. When the housekeeper came through they did not put shot in our door was open all day while we were gone. It's being remodeled right now so there are a lot of things that are not pretty. The shelf in our bathroom was hanging off the wall
This hotel is situated in a less than ideal location. To call it part of the University District is a stretch. I believe this property has changed ownership recently, as a Ramada Inn sign was displayed in front of the building near the road. The room I stayed in was quite dated, and it was evident to me that major improvements would be needed to make this a more attractive option. While I think I received my money's worth, I'm betting there are better hotels in the same price range in more ideal locations.
Raised the rates on us
They raised the rates in the middle of our stay. They also over charged me by $45. The blonde at the front desk had an attitude when I asked about being over charged.
