Pros:The yogurt was phenomenal
Cons:The name of the hotel changed after booking and I wasn’t notified. That made it hard to find. It was surprisingly under construction and the restaurant was closed.
Pros:Comfortable, Clean, Quiet and Friendly
Cons:Looks like they are under construction parts of the hotel. Could use a couple of hot tubs. Pools are decent could be temperature controlled.
Pros:The room was clean and the bed comfortable! Breakfast was okay
Cons:The noise level was awful. We could hear people talking in the hall and every time someone took a shower it was loud and a whistling sound in the walls. We'll never stay again!
Cons:We enjoyed the stay with you. Your employees have a very poor dress code. The waitress need to look in the mirror before they go to work.
Pros:For the price we paid we felt very taken care of, great views of the water, a delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, it was a great experience!

Cons:The room was dirty with stained carpets and dusty surfaces. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. After waiting for maintenance for an hour, I was handed a plunger and told to do it myself. The only thing this place has to offer is that it's close to downtown.
Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff. ..they really try to make your stay pleasurable.
Cons:Sporadic WiFi. Could not access in room or restaurant. Had to sit at bar to access. Advertised "river view" is more of a garden or tennis court view.
Cons:Both pools were filthy, our shower drain was clogged, the room carpet was sticky. Gross.
Pros:The room we eventually stayed in. Comfortable bed, OK bathroom, no odd smells like we had in our original room.
Cons:Our first room had an unpleasant odor, it made my wife feel ill and she started to have an allergic reaction to the room. We called the front desk and we were relocated in ~15 minutes down the hall to an acceptable room. However, it was a lesser room and when I asked for a lower rate the next morning, I was told it was billed through another vendor but the manager would call me to discuss. She never called. It was a $20 difference in rates.
