Pros (+) The raindrop shower...valet parking...and the dining room named "Exile". The menu was efficient and full of flavor. I was even more impressed when they said they could deliver to my ill daughter back at the room. AND they let us borrow a HDMI cable. Mind blown.
Cons (-) That it's not in Ottawa...
