I asked for a shovel as St John’s Newfoundland has just received 20-20 cm snow. They said that they didn’t provide shovels. I had already paid $20 for four snow tires to be installed. I told the individual in charge that I had just had shovel my way out to come ask for a shovel when I realized that the car didn’t have one. We had to look for ways around to avoid windows left by plies or just uncleared streets as we had no means to dig our shelves out of trouble short of buying a shovel if we could find one Roy10.0 Wonderful
