They were extremely pleasant and friendly the car was a great vehicle for the price just a little awkward to get in and out of because I have a bad knee however the car was very clean and great on gas and very comfortable once I got in. Only wish you didn’t have to walk so far to get your car when you get off the plane other then that I would absolutely highly recommend budget to others looking for a great experience for a rentalReviewed 2024 Apr 19

Pros:Car was new and clean. Pick up staff was friendly and efficient. We had a Dodge Charger which had lots of trunk room for luggage for 3. Quite fuel efficient also.Cons:Drop off staff was not overly pleasant, however, she was efficient! A snails would have been nice!Reviewed 2018 Sep 22

GoodPros:Lots of trunk space, drove nicely and pretty fast/kind pickup/drop off service.Cons:I didnt get the vehicle of choice but it worked for what we needed. A little more pricey then I thought it would be and some extra expenses that I had to pay were not outlined when I rented the vehicle such as paying an extra $20 per day because I am under the age of 25.Reviewed 2018 Aug 29

Cons:I will be writing a letter of complaint to Budget concerning the customer service I received at pick-up in Newfoundland. The security agent told me to also complain to the airport as he said she was rude to me. I did not receive the rental. I needed to spend the remainder of the evening and the next morning to arrange a new rental. I went with Enterprise. Good customer service, lower price, better car, etc. I will NEVER rent with budget again.Reviewed 2017 Nov 19
