The location of the hotel. Tram stop right outside the hotel and the a big shopping mall adjustant to it. The main city centre (Cathedral) is just a 10 min walk from the hotel.
The carpets in the corridor need a change. Breakfast is expensive but there are enough better options right next to the hotel in the mall.

Easy walking distance from the train station but also on a tram line so able to get to the train station that way as well. Good sized room, free internet, separate bathroom and loo and a fridge all helped make it a great place to stay. Staff fluent in a number of languages. Being next to a shopping centre meant there were good breakfast and lunch options if you didn't want to pay the prices being asked in the hotel.
Reception can be short-staffed at times which makes getting good service a bit difficult. Hotel restaurant prices a bit steep.

Excellent Hotel only 5 min walk from the centre. Free wifi in the rooms, parking in the public garage was only 9 Euro for 24 hrs ( with access directly to the hotel), reception and public areas have a great futuristic design, so does the bathroom.....Staff was very friendly, and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. Didn't try breakfast at the hotel as in the attached shopping mall ( excellent for shopaholics like me) you can find many bakeries. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Strasbourg !
