Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness problems throughout the hotel, including dirty rooms, unmaintained pools, and poor hygiene in common areas. Service was widely criticized as unhelpful, with staff often unresponsive and communication difficulties reported. Food quality and variety were below expectations, with repetitive meals and limited options. However, the hotel's location near the beach was consistently appreciated by guests. Overall, the negative aspects, especially regarding cleanliness and service, outweighed the positives for most visitors.
