Pros:The room is not cramped and was clean. The heater worked properly and it was not difficult to set a comfortable temperature. This appears to be a family-run place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use the kitchenette, and I am not sure the stove (and oven) was hooked up to the gas. The kitchen had a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small table. The Wi-Fi worked very well and was fast enough for my needs. The price was very reasonable for the area.
Cons:Parking is a little different, with no marked spaces. It appears that you can park on the other side of the street (3 hour parking from 8 am to 6 pm) if you cannot park on the property. The lobby is not constantly staffed, you need to ring a bell and wait to be buzzed in. I was unable to figure out how to change the channel on the TV. Only one TV channel (channel 3) had a signal, and that only had the History channel. Perhaps another remote was needed to change the channel fed to the TV.
