Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it suited their needs for travel or events. The pool and leisure facilities were also highlighted as positives by several guests. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were mentioned as strengths. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple reviews citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Some guests noted ongoing refurbishment, outdated decor, and maintenance problems. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and friendly, while others found the self check-in process and staff cuts frustrating. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities and location, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
