Pros (+) We love the location and the beautiful rooftop pool. We were also given a different room when a jackhammer was being used on the street outside our window late at night.
Cons (-) Other hotels haven't made us wait to check in if rooms were available before 3pm. We also didn't get a complimentary breakfast like we expected because we booked through a third party website.
