Cons (-) AC stopped working in middle of the night. We alerted staff the next day and the t was fixed while we were away. We never had hot water at the bathroom sink. In fairness, we never notified the staff about the problem.

Pros (+) Just the receptionists - guy who took my feedback when I checked out and seemed sincerely upset that I had a bad experience and the lady receptionist who produced the bedroom slippers when housekeeping rudely said there was none.
