Great breakfast. Amazingly comfortable bed . comfortable room. Great location
Room was not ready when we arrived
Bed and pillows were beautiful. It was a proper king, not 2 joined together. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful.
Balcony was shabby, but at the price that was fine, and enjoyed the balcony anyway with the wine.
Modern clean and well located
Room was well maintained and clean
Good all around hotel
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was in an area with lots of restaurant choices nearby. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities.
Shower stall leaked into bathroom floor area. Pillows were very hard on the neck.
AC in room didn't work which meant the room was either hot (with AC on) or stuffy. Tried opening window, but way too noisy outside. Result bad sleep, which isn't good when you need to work hard the next day - the point of staying in a 'good' hotel on a business trip is to enable you to be rested and ready for work.
Good location in the CBD of Sydney, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Room not very big and not very modern. No view at all from my room, despite the high floor (19th).
We liked the restaurant, bar facilities, great bed and very helpful staff. The valet parking worked well and when I had left something in the car I found the staff very helpful.
I believe it was overpriced for the standard of the room size and facilities.
In the center of China Town. All night street music and monorail. It is not possible to have a rest after hard day.
The location was very good. The bed was very comfortable
It is in a convenient location
The location and we were facilitated with an early check in. In paricular the guys on the lower ground floor who took our luggage when we checked out were just brilliant, really friendly and informative.
Its a small thing but the base of the night stands were very dusty, and because I suffer from Athsma I am always aware of dust.
Hotel and room had everything we required, a pity it is on such a busy street.
Staff, particularly at breakfast did not seem to be organised, in fact breakfast on the first two mornings were a disaster, with waiting times of upto 20 minutes for hot food at the buffet and they were continually running out of bread, fruit juices and crockery, seemingly due to the lack of staff & organisation.
The concierge service is exceptional. The room was tidy.
The location could be slightly better but good overall.
very central location
yes the water in the evening was not hot, it was ok for a shower but when running a bath the temperature wasn't hot at all.
Staffs are very kind and considerate. They made us feel welcome and confortable.
