Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big.
Cons (-) The room had some flaws, e.g. a cigarette burn in a chair, a hole in the floor, scuff marks on the furniture, a dingy-looking bathtub mat, etc. Everything's functional, but the appearance leaves a bit to be desired. I'd say it's pushing it to call this a 4-star hotel. Maybe more like 3-stars.
