Cons (-) Had the reservation for a month for the weekend of the rescheduled FSU-Miami game. Less than 24 hrs before check in time, I received an email that the hotel cancelled all 53 rooms due to hurricane damage (a month earlier). They left 53 groups scrambling for a room in a virtually sold out city. I had to pay $400 more for two nights of hotel stays than planned. Will never stay at another Quality Inn...

Cons (-) Front desk clerk wasn't helpful at all (they're system was down and I could only book online, even when I offered to pay cash) The pool was broken, tub didn't drain and the deadbolt took several minutes to open.
