Cons: Hotel appeared to be recently renovated but rooms weren’t consistent . But all in all still a great bang for the buck place rooms were clean felt safe

Cons: Tv needed channels to be reset

Cons: Breakfast items could have had more to choose from. Only 1 waffle maker.

Cons: That they had wasps nest near the door

Cons: Toilet didn't always flush and shower head was broken but we were able to manage. And a few bugs but it is Florida.

Cons: Shower drain clogged easily, water collected in the bath during shower. AC is positioned to goes right across the bed, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Wifi connection was impossible from my room, as the signal kept dropping out. All things that can be worked around or ignored, not a huge deal. My only real grievance is the door. The seal along the bottom was falling off, leaving a gap for bugs to get in.

Cons: hallways to rooms smelled like cigarettes and wine coolers pillow cases had the previous persons hair on them sink in bathroom had hair left in it from shaving by the previous person refrigerator smelled a little moldy and had a sheet of ice on the inside of it that stunk.

Cons: parking area in need of repair, halls little dirty

Cons: They had roaches. The beds were uncomfortable and the comforters had cigarette burns in them. The curtain to the room looked like it had been shot at as it had bullet holes in it.

Cons: The whole room reaked of ciggerates, people walking around late at night. Roaches running around and the bed sheet had ciggerate burns. Not a place for children at or or non smokers. No idea why this place still exists.

Cons: Old, dirty, poor service, noisey A/C. I came to Tampa for a military reunion. It is true you get what you pay for. For an overnight stay this place is passable but for a three day stay it was horrendeous. The staff was good but could have been better.My AC had a horrible rattle in it...imagine a pair of boot in a dryer...and instead of changing my room they replaced the AC 3 times and it still vibrated loudly...it turned out the frame was loose too so I laid some pillows on it to stop the vibration. The last night I was their the cleaning ladies took my shower mat and some of my towels and didn't replace them and the toilet barely flushed. As a former member of the Armed Forces I'm used to sleeping in not so good locations, so basically all I need is a bed, sink, toilet and shower...but this motel barely moves the meter on those basic needs.

Cons: Had roaches in first room was kindly moved to another room in which had more roaches. Was forced to leave a day early.

Cons: Carpet and drapes smell of smoke even in a non smoking room. Smokers stay here too & may smoke near your room (outside) or in an adjacent room.

Cons: Lots of ghetto doped out people stay there and take horrible care of it. Fist marks in door etc Let me be honest there are GOOD black people and there are not so good black people. the NOT SO GOOD black people tend to live there.

Cons: The refrigerator, phone and alarm clock were all not working in the room I stayed in.

Cons: I was very disappointed that it was advertised as having breakfast. To our disappointment they do not offer breakfast. One of the deciding factors to us choosing this hotel was the breakfast option. When I went and spoke to management they said there was nothing they could do and didn't seem to care.

Cons: The carpet in the room was nasty and, although I asked for a non-smoking room, the was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. I saw people smoking on the hallways and not in the so-called "designated areas." There were crumbs on top of the little refrigerator in the room; if you looked behind the toilet there was pile of dirt and precarious plummbing. The mirror was dirty, the phone had piles of dust and black hair on it as if no one occupied that room in a long time. Overall, it was dirty and I used sanitizing wipes to clean some of these areas. For these reasons and bad customer service. I would never stay again at this hotel. It was my first and last time!

Cons: I don't know what was worse the rudest and most incompetent staff I've ever met or the gang fights and prostitutes all over the parking lot

Cons: My husband had to change rooms three times because of marijuana smoke or smell in the room. Then when we finally did settle there was still the smell in the curtains. The pool is locked up and the towels were very run down. It was not a good feeling outside of the hotel.

Cons: Took one look at the room and checked out. Was afraid to even sit down while I looked for another hotel.

Cons: Unsafe area. Would not recommend.

Cons: The guests around us. People look dangerous, strange, no nice People, noisy. ... not a good place for families. We stayed for 6 nights and they never clean The room, just change towels. Only twice they made The beds. The locations around the room were so Dirty, especially the stairs where they put the garbage.

Cons: Smoke smell in a room, nasty, dirty, air con. broken.I take 2 rooms, one for guests, and I feel bad for them, I took in this dirty and smelly place.No breakfast no comfort,I coud not sleep.
