Cons: The rooms are quite small, and even the "junior suite" was substantially smaller than similar rooms in other locations.

Cons: Bartender on the 8th had 3 gentleman she was talking to and pretty much ignored me and my sister. A Margarita is not that hard to make she took out glasses set them down and continued to talk. We decided to make it easy on her we ordered just 2 beers as she never started making the drinks. She still got that messed up. We ate breakfast and went to the coffee bar which we found the staff to be fantastic. The bartender is a serious weak link. She made it a choice to ignore us. Ignoring any customer speaks to how you value your job.

Cons: The rooms were significantly smaller than any I can recall at similar hotels

Cons: The HVAC system in the room was so noisy it made sleeping very difficult.

Cons: Ran out of the continental breakfast both mornings of my stay. Literally no food left.

Cons: It strikes me as odd that there wasn't a continental breakfast where less expensive hotels will offer a very nice breakfast that is included in the price. In addition, the bathroom in our room was very small and cramped. There is only a quarter of an inch of clearance between the door and commode when you open the door. You have to step over between the sink and the commode in order to close the door.

Cons: Nowhere to grab a drink late at night

Cons: I confirmed my reservation 6 hours before I arrived from New York. My flight was delayed. I didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The automatic doors wouldn't open to let me into the hotel. Once I got in, the front desk didn't have my reservation. I was holding the confirmation in my phone as well as told him I confirmed it on the phone. He didn't have king bed and gave us two doubles instead. It took almost 45 minutes with nobody there and he had to write all of the information off of my phone. Hotel condition was fine just not a good night for the hotel.

Cons: Given the location, the price seemed a bit steep to me. Outside areas could be better lit at night.

Cons: Building is old- room is old, chips in walls and the shower didn't get hot. Pull out couch bed wasn't very comfortable.

Cons: Not much breakfast choice like sausage or bacon. Only sausage gravy offered. This must be the standard breakfast because Atlanta Hyatt had the same.

Cons: Food was pretty expensive and the suite wasn't very spacious.

Cons: My stay at this hotel was entirely disappointing. I requested a room away from the elevators and had called twice to confirm this request and was given a room right next to loud creaky bumping elevators. My friend had ordered me room service to be in my room when I arrived as a surprise and it was never there and would not have been delivered had she not asked how I enjoyed my surprise food. At my insistence I was moved to a different room the next day and the day I left the hotel saw a BED BUG crawling on my pillow as I was getting ready. I alerted the staff who was appropriately horrified only to NOT hear from a manager for the next day and a half. After repeated calls and emails from me including one to a front staff who said she had seen the manager and was surprised I had not heard back only to be lied to by that same manager hours later that she 'only just arrived' and that was why my calls were not returned. Finally after a rant to a lower level manager the front desk manager was all of the sudden made available to me and finally an investigation into the bed bug was launched. What is MOST disturbing is because they themselves had not 'confirmed' this was a bed bug (which is very clearly was...I have photos) they could not tell me for certain that no one else was staying in that room. At the LEAST that room and neighboring rooms should have been closed and checked immediately but the managers were slow to take action and initially very dismissive. It is a DISGUSTING feeling to have the experience of knowing you slept somewhere that has bed bugs and all the effort I had to put in once I got home to try and decontaminate myself and my stuff to not infest my house and my baby's nursery. Most disheartening was the response from the hotel on the matter. I wish this review would let me submit the picture of the bed bug I took. I was forced to stay at this hotel because of an exam that was being given onsite but I will never stay at this or any related hotel again. Not even because of the bed bugs themselves, but because the hotel was so slow to respond and so dismissive, potentially putting others at risk as well by not quarantining the room(s).

Cons: pillows were hard and too thick to sleep on

Cons: The check in process was less than pleasant as was the concierge. Having to go up and down the 5th floor because none of the 6 keys worked is unacceptable. What made matters worse was the lack of concern and empathy the concierge expressed toward the situation. An apology wasn't offered nor was anything provided in attempts to make up for the issue.

Cons: When we opened up the mini bar it had not been cleaned in a while. Something brown had leaked in the bottom of the fridge. Very gross. We were told another guest had put some of their own things in the fridge and that's what made the mess. So no one ever cleans or looks in the mini bar? We were in a junior suite and you expect the room to be clean. Also there were 6 bed risers stacked up on the bedroom night stand. Will not be back again. Very disappointed in the hotel. You should not have to call the front desk to get your room cleaned.

Cons: Our reservation was made for a family and we were given a 1 bed handicap room. There were only grown up channels on the TV. My last night there i noticed something splattered all over the ceiling. .....still don't have a clue what that was. All things considered I will NEVER stay there again and will NEVER recommend the place to ANYONE.

Cons: a bit pricey, no refrigerator space; last time i was here i was in a room near the elevators and had difficulty sleeping as people go up and down all night

Cons: With the exception of the minibar which was jam packed with the usual assortment of ridiculously priced things there was no fridge. Also, despite the a/c being set to 65° the entire time the room never felt cooler than 75° which makes it very hard for me to sleep. We were on the top floor so I assumed it was the blazing hot sun beating on the building but even at night it couldn't catch up. Lastly the wifi cost $13.95 to use which I thought was pretty steep considering every hotel I've stayed in for the past 10 years or so has included it for free.

Cons: The high bed, no hot water, difficulty turning on shower, toilet running, broken bathroom door hook, no movie channel.

Cons: The hotel is attached to business offices so when I opened the curtains I could cleary see people working in their offices and they could see me which forced me to keep the curtains drawn.

Cons: I wasn't sure where the hotel ended and the business complex or restaurants started. Granted, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I kind of found myself wandering around and in some area's felt out of place in shorts and flip-flops.

Cons: We dismissed the buffet breakfast dining room in favour of the coffee bar.

Cons: An SPG tribute hotel should have a club room, if not a club floor.

Cons: Woke up at around 3 in the morning by what smelled like marijuana permeating the hall and rooms and could hear doors slamming shut periodically. Don't know if that was due to location. Also there were no ice buckets or cups available. I have stayed here pre the pandemic and it was definitely a much better experience.

Cons: Noisy neighbors as they departed at 5am, though that is not the hotels fault.

Cons: Having to pay extra to use the refrigerator in the room- after the cost of the room it should be included.

Cons: Door to the room opened outside. Room had 2 full sized beds, not queens. (My fault for not double checking) We were positioned close to the night club and listened to thumping at 10pm when we went to sleep. We had a 5am wake up, so we missed the am breakfast that starts at 7.

Cons: Hotel is old, tire and dirty. Restaurant ragged and unappealing. Even renovated rooms seem old and tired. Would not book another stay here for my weekly trips to Tampa.

Cons: needs updating of furnishings and decor. Carpet tacks from bedrrom area to bathroom were exposed, painful!! Restaurant was expensive.

Cons: Everything was very dated. This was probably a fairly nice hotel back in the 80s. there were many things that were chipped. The furniture in the bedroom was Soo old. I told my kids not to sit on it. The room was very clean, but aside from that it left everything to be desired. probably the worst part was there's a strip club right next door. All I could think of was this is the kind of place for late-night hookups. Yuck! We could not get out of there fast enough. However I will say, the staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean.

Cons: Cleaning residue (whitish)? on bathroom floor and carpet strip nails along the entrances (bathroom & entry) door are not tacked down so you feel them rather painfully when walking barefoot.
