Hotel staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there. Meals were excellent especially the breakfasts.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel restaurant was very good. Included buffet breakfast was adequate. Hotel had both on-site parking and restaurant which were important since we were arriving later in the evening.
Off season so not too many staff? Check-out could have been better...was automatically billed in us Dollars when all other hotels asked whether we wanted the charges in euros or dollars...so ended up paying about $30 extra since the euro rate declined daily (my cc does not have any fees).

The hotel is situated by the beach and looks beautiful and the gardens are gorgeous .
The facilities are poor and inadequate. the swimmimg pools were cold and not pleasant to swim despite the warm weather. You had to pay extra for the sauna . Everyday breakfast was a fly extravaganza , meat and cheese was left uncovered . I expressed my conern sevral times but was told this was normal in the continent. Staff were rude and didnt interact with guests ,their English was poor . When we were arrived and left there was no courtious pleasantries such as goodye or thankyou for staying. Both myself and daughter have returned with a virus

The standard for a 2 star was excellent, we particularly liked the use free of charge of the internet, free small book library, the buffet breakfast was very good for 2 star and the room was clean and included mini bar.
The staff in the evening were awful. The room had no radio or TV I would definitely want some outside contact and if I use the hotel again would request one of the few rooms which offered TV. I would also have a sea view. You definitely need a car for this hotel.
