There is nothing to write here, it was an awful experience staying at the Ophir Hotel.
I reserved online, and since I was arriving Tel Aviv in the middle of the night, I contacted them by email to assure them I was coming and to hold my room. They even acknowledged my email! When I got there, they had sold my room, and put me in a worker's room with no toilet, and mattresses on the floor in a 6 x 12 room. It was miserable. They refunded a small amount of the money the next day. I will never book with Ophir again.

nothing (only location)
the hotel entrance was dirty people smoked there, it looked dingy, the room was clean-ish though all the electrical socket covers fell, the shower was lukewarm to cold, the air condition was controlled from "reception" and switch itself off after some time, on the hallway on the 1st floor the floor was wet from a faulty air condition unit. Breakfast was nasty and should not be included in the price. all in all I would recommend for anyone to avoid this hotel like the plague.

They don't accept bank cards for payment; the worst thing in this hotel is cockroaches.

Dirty, they also tried to cheat us on the room type and cost

There was a bed, so I suppose that was helpful.
This was honestly the worst hotel or hostel I have ever stayed in. It was half built, the bathroom door was leaning on the wall (it was not attached and functioning), the shower and sink were still in the process of being installed, there were paint cans/ supplies everywhere, there was a window that looked directly into an apartment building without any blinds/covers so there was literally no privacy. The owner tried to overcharge us after we booked the room on booking.com. There were things guaranteed in the add (such as air conditioning, shower, etc...) that were either non existent of not in proper working order. It was terrible.
