Pros (+) VERY clean & nice hotel. Beds were very soft & comfortable. Rooms were very modern & esthetically pleasing. Great location near mill Ave, Tempe improv, Tempe beach park, etc.
Cons (-) Staff a little sloppy & could've been more helpful. It would have beeen nice if there was a bar in the pool area.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. It is new and has Marriott's modern approach, with solid floors and modern furnishings. It was exceedingly clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk from Mill St. Will definitely stay again!
