Pros:Honestly, when I booked this place I didn’t really know what I was getting into , because the rate was really good and the location is great too (if you are looking to be close to everything) , so I thought that the room quality would suffer , but the rooms were wayyyy better than what I expected. Very spacious (clean too) room and bathroom. Bed was comfy (king bed). They also had directTV with all the channels (more channels than what I have at my own house). Overall really great!!
Cons:What I didn’t like about this hotel was the fact that they charge your card with an additional fee ($250 for AZ residents, and $150 for out of state). I think that’s pretty outrageous . They shouldn’t charge you a fee , before they’ve inspected the room after your stay . I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world , and they have never done that, but I guess that as long as they return the money (they have promised to have all my money back in a few days since I did leave the room in perfect condition) , we won’t have any problems. Also, it was a bit noisy in the room from the outside traffic , but considering that the hotel is right across the highway, it was not horrible. The traffic does die out throughout the night , and I think the weekends might have a bit noisier traffic than the weekdays. I was able to sleep very well regardless (and I’m kind of a light sleeper).

Pros:When we booked the room we had no idea how the room would be but to our surprise the beds were comfortable, we had every amenity you could possibly want being away from home. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful. And mostly the rooms were really clean. Oh and the location was excellent, we took a lyft to mill ave and it only cost $5.

Pros:It is what they advertised it to be. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and quiet. I travel a ton and I am fairly picky. But I am also realistic. I would have no problem rebooking at that price.
Cons:If you want luxury, look elsewhere. Wifi was spotty at best. But if your expectations are aligned with your budget, you could do far worse.
