Pros: The staff were so lovely - super polite, friendly. The hotel is immaculate, modern, relaxing. We were on the 14th floor which had a room with a washer and dryer, an ice machine, and a beverage machine - very handy. We were a group of 3, and we were in a superior twin with an extra bed - we found the space to be comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast almost every morning - it was expensive, but what you’d expect at a hotel pretty much anywhere. The food was very good - a great balance of Japanese and western offerings. The house made custards were delicious! The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, two Lawsons and a 7-11 even closer.
Cons: All was really great, from our perspective and use as tourists, it was perfect. We’d stay there again.

Pros: Good, practical hotel that is not too hard on the wallet. Most of the staff we experienced were always friendly and helpful. LOVED the convenience of the shuttle bus. Without it, the long walk from the train station would have been quite an inconvenience.
Cons: There was not much to dislike here, however we did spend most of the time in the city rather than in the hotel. The only offputting experience was asking one of the front desk if the nearest conbini had luggage delivery services and she said no. We had a feeling her advice was incorrect because when we went to the conbini to check, they said they could transport our luggage for us.

Pros: During my stay, I got sick from my stomach. Once the staff knew about my illness, the staff was attentive and went as far as to check up on me to see how I was doing. That's not only great service, but a gold standard in taking care of the customer. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Tokyo. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Location location location. It is at the departure floor of International terminal of Haneda airport. Clean and functional hotel I can see it would be loved by Japanese guests. I liked pyjamas they offered.
Cons: The room had too many aminities for overnight stay. Not much luggage space in the room. It would be better to offer overnight luggage storage for the guest as the room is rather tights for two suitscases. It is disappointed that no Gym which would be useful to overcome Jet Lag arriving from different time zones. The decor is too stern and lack the warmth like the International Terminal. Too much straight lines.

Pros: Very good location in the center of Shinjuku, about 10 minutes away from the train station and taxi service outside. Had an ATM and 7-11 attached to it. All the amenities a person could need, toothbrush, hair brush l, razor shaving cream, free bath salts for everyday I stayed. Shampoo conditioner and body wash smelled great. Shower and bath were awesome! 1rst floor breakfast was the way to go, 8th floor cafe was nice but had less variety than the other. Staff knew English, and the concierge service was great for booking and easy airport limousine back to HND airport. Very close to robot resturant and bars that are open 24 hours.

We came with 2 families and 5 small kids, they were making some noise and chasing around at the lobby while we were checking in, one male staff warned us this was not appropriate. Yes, I respect the reminder but expect a more friendly approach. And I believe if the hotel allows to have children to stay in, they should anticipate how children behave. It was our first day arrival, with such unfriendly approached, it really spoilt our mood.

Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed there for nine nights and were able to explore easily. Locations such as Akihabara, Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, and a lot more are a short train ride away and with the train station so close it was easy to get around. Lots of shops, restaurants, and arcades within walking distance of the hotel.
Located in Sumida, this hotel is steps away from Kanto Earthquake Memorial Museum and Yokoamicho Park. Edo-Tokyo Museum and Kyu Yasuda Garden are also within 5 minutes. Ryogoku Station is only a 2-minute walk and JR Ryogoku Station is 9 minutes.

Pros: It is a decent place to sleep/shower/charge devices. Mattresses were above average for Japanese hotels. Blackout curtains ensure you are not woken up by the sun's rising. Location was within easy walk to Keikyu line train station. All the toiletries you could ever need are automatically provided, as well as robes and slippers.
Cons: Small room. Pillows were disappointing. A pay by the hour rate would have been nice-for the travelers only staying because they had an after midnight flight arrival and are just waiting for the trains to started running again.

In the end I asked a fellow traveler who could speak english. I was hoping to eat japanese food like sushi at the restaurant but was a bit disappointed.

Pros: Great view and helpful staff. Restaurant was intermittently and unexpectedly closed, and the bar/lounge was depressingly lifeless.
Cons: Location amongst love hotels, gentlemen's clubs and prostitutes lends a certain downmarket feel to the neighborhood, though it's not at all uncomfortable, let alone dangerous. Room was worn and gloomy, with dingy colors. We paid a higher price for a room on the 16th floor, which had a fantastic view, but cost nearly as much as the Intercontinental Strings in Shinagawa where we had stayed for business and which was truly excellent.

Cons: I've traveled to Tokyo for 3 straight years. This hotel is the worst by far. Even though it's advertised as a 4-star hotel, it is NOT a 4-star hotel. Here's what I think: Very small room, even for Tokyo standard. There were a few groups of rowdy tourists, and I can tell that the concierge was exhausted by them, and was not very friendly when she was helping me out. Even though it's in Shinjuku, location is not that good. It's right next to a bunch of love hotels and far from the main Shinjuku station. Overall, a big disappointment for me.

Cons: One of the female receptionist is unprofessional. After the room make up they forgot to put a teaspoon. When I informed her she told me that I should present to the front desk to ask for it! And she claims that they have rules (in disrespectful way). It is just a simple order (teaspoon)! I couldn’t understand what kind of rules that prevent them to bring a teaspoon! Totally unacceptable.

Pros: Good location in Shinjuku within walking distance of major shops, restaurants and public transportation. Hotel looks new and has nice lobby, breakfast area, and rooftop lounge. Bed was very comfy.
Cons: Room is tiny but not a complete surprise in Tokyo. However, there were several small things that could have been done to make the space more useful such as more clothes hangers, a shelf over clothing rod, and towel hooks in the bath to name a few.

Pros: It's smart, comfortable, and well designed. Everything you need without having to stay at either a super-luxe hotel, or a grimy budget place. The location is great. It's 10 mins from a few different stations, but right by Shinjuku which has better access to other parts of Tokyo than staying where most 'tourist' hotels are (out near Asakusa). The rooms are not big... but they are big for Tokyo.
Cons: A LOT of tour groups use this hotel, making it feel very crowded at time (though the rooms are quiet!)

Pros: Staff spoke English and were friendly. The place had A/C on at all times. You could use their umbrella for free, just ask the front desk. Next door to a bar and restaurant. Right across the street from a 24hr convenience store. 2 minute walk to the trains. 3 minute walk to Roppongi crossing.
Cons: Bed bugs, I’m sure they were bed bugs because I woke up with new bite marks on my legs every day. A/C shuts off completely once you leave the room. Bathroom is small and not accommodating for left handed people. Walls are thin, you could hear your neighbors.
