Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Great bargain considering 4-5 star hotels were nearby, but this one is at a fraction of the cost.
Free parking would have been appreciated. 30$/day is pretty steep, especially on a Sunday
Iman at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. He problem solved and few issues very quickly and was very friendly while doing so. It was so nice to deal with someone pleasant who is working is customer service!!
Needs to be updated
Carpets in hallway had multiple stains, rooms badly needed an update, would not recommend staying here, choose something nicer.
We liked that it was a very good location in the center of the city. Access to the subway and street cars was good with shorts walks.
The manager was not accomodating
ease of booking
the fact that the manager would not be accommodating in our time of need!
I was so impressed with the staff at this hotel. They were friendly, helpful and called me by name every time I came in and out. The location was an easy walk to public transport, close to good food places and across the street from a beautiful little park. I felt safe going to and from and it was clean. The breakfast was ample. And did I mention (again!) how wonderful the staff was to both me and my guest. It was a great place to stay.
Excelent location. Very confortable bedroom. Good price.
Good location. Great breakfast (I was not expecting much!).
Too many things in the bathroom (towels, shampoos, cups, etc). No space for my things.
I picked this hotel for it's location, it was only a few short blocks to the centre I was working at for the weekend
Close to Ryerson University where my son is studying.
Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. Room could use a little updated renos and the hallway was very warm.
The staff are very accommodating and the location is ideal.
Friendly personnel; early check-in 9:30 am was no problem.
The location is very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast room could be a little bigger. Parking should be included in the room price.
extremely friendly and helpful staff, location of the hotel was ok-everything more or less in walking distance, we had a really good time there
you can walk anywhere downtown and reach every major sight in 5 -10 min.
The worst check-in ever had. Customer service orientation extremely poor. No one smile.
