Poor 1.0
Cons: the room next to mine was full of young people having party. all night long people are coming in and out . loitering, slamming the door.. I called twice to front desk but it never got addressed properly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: With the restrictions still in place, the lack of facilities and dining made the property feel empty/cold.
Cons: Menu selection at the restaurant
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The balcony suite was perfect, restaurant was great, and every staff member was extremely nice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient location, clean hotel/room, friendly and accommodating staff

Excellent 9.4
Pros: The rooms where very good and the lay was well though
Cons: Little bit far from city centre other side of the railway line would have been great tho

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff is amazing. The place is very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect for anything.
Good 7.0
Pros: Andy, the front desk person was extremely kind and professional
Cons: The suite is very dark
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Manager was exceptional. Reached out when we booked to let us know about construction at another property near the hotel in case we wanted to rebook. We decided to go anyway, and construction was not a problem at all. No worse than regular downtown sounds in a large city. We had the jr. 2 bedroom and it had everything we needed. So great to have a kitchen, and two bathrooms were a bonus.
Cons: Not a lot of windows due to the layout of the suite, but not a big deal. If it weren't a pandemic one wouldn't be in the room all the time. And it wasn't terrible, just the only negative.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were here for a quarantine stay and it was perfect. The spacious suite with a balcony helped us feel less confined for quarantine and was just right for two of us. We had advice and assistance in room selection from the staff ahead of our stay, which helped us make the best decision to suit our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including receiving grocery deliveries and putting our first grocery order away in our suite ahead of our stay. This is an excellent central location, though we were not able to go out for the duration of our quarantine. It's a short ride from here to the the University of Toronto St. George campus. We have stayed here before and will again!
Cons: We had some trouble with cell phone reception - not related to the property but to carriers. We were coming from the U.S. so just something to keep an eye on if you stay here and have a U.S. cell phone.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Did me a special service on request for the sake of Valentines day and it was much appreciated.
Cons: The parking arrangements were a little confusing, but nothing too horrible.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at this resort are phenomenal. However, once individual went above and beyond from the minute we booked up in the parking lot. Josh was a staff member that assisted with the valet parking. He ensured for the few days that we were staying that we were fully taken care of. If that was bringing our car up on time, or offering us a cold water bottle on the way out. He definitely made our stay worth it.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that paying for a corner suite you did not get the view of the CN Tower. Also, I was denied access to book reservations for the facilities prior to my stay because of booking through booking.com and not directly through their website. The plugs in the washroom did not work which was in convenient. When trying to set up a surprise for the room, had to send multiple message prior to getting a reply.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location View Pool Gym
Good 7.0
Pros: The dinner at Prime Grill was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and helpful except for the gentleman we encountered at the checkout desk.
Cons: We chose the Hotel because of their offering of a VIP (Very Important Pet) service. However, we did not receive it. The Hotel's excuse upon checkout was that they had too many pets staying with them that night. However we didn't see any other pets while we were roaming the building or grounds. It sounded like a weak excuse.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect for a girls staycation!
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean. Great views. Large rooms. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Spa was amazing. Love Julie and Shana.
Cons: Strange swim times of 2 hour intervals. TV services were poor: interface was difficult to use and understand during device pairing. No wet bar/mini bar. Closing times for skybar (10pm) is ridiculous. Lacked ambiance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service from all staff we had the pleasure of receiving service from
Good 6.0
Cons: I was told there are EV charging in the underground parking lot but they aren't built yet
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Facilities were excellent, room was comfortable and quiet. Bellmen and Valets were quiet good. Clerks were efficient—with billing error quickly corrected.
Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooftop pool on the 28th floor was amazing!
Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Clean, modern hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. Nice amenities in the room: coffee, milk, water, lights, etc.
Cons: Hard to figure out room - controls difficult to find, shower uncomfortable, not enough storage space in room. Hotel is in a deserted wasteland with no restaurants and 1 coffee shop in a mile radius. Toronto is in the middle of a lock-out with the A/V union at the next-door convention center, so every 6:15 am we were woken up by someone shouting through a megaphone at the hotel, saying we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Rooftop pool Rooms Amenities
Cons: Inexperienced bar staff uneven food offerings

Okay 5.0
Pros: The room did not look as advertised on the wedsite, especially after we paid for an upgrade. The picture on the site showed a large bath tub in the corner of the room over looking the city. In reality this was no where near the room we had. Our first room smelled strongly of sewage after the we used the shower, we requested a move which the staff accommodated without hesitation. I have always enjoyed this hotel, however this experience was certainly sub par.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and the room
Cons: What’s not to like.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great hotel goos staff
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......
Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Okay 5.1
Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price.
Cons: See previous
Excellent 10.0
Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.
Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The staff were friendly but there was always an excuse due to Covid. Asked for water glasses never arrived. They did bring wine glasses.
Cons: Not the luxury experience I was expecting from The Ritz. It felt more like a Best Western. No Mini bar, no glasses, no turn down chocolate service. Restaurant was under Reno. Only the bar was open. I know we are at the end of Covid but I for the price. It was a disappointment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we stepped out of the car the staff was friendly and very helpful! The front desk staff was incredible! And a special thanks to the general manager who made a point of introducing himself and making our state even more special. Thank you😊 Their bar and restaurant waiters managers everyone was just unbelievable friendly!! Thank you for making our anniversary a moment in time that we will never forget!

Pros: Room layout, lighting, bathroom & view

Excellent 10.0
Pros: As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The spaciousness of the room and the bed was so comfortable.
Cons: I called on my way home to inquire about the brand of mattress and did not receive a call back. My husband and I slept amazingly and would like a similar mattress.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful quality hotel.
Cons: N/a
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lovely decor as well.
Cons: N/A
Good 7.0
Pros: Room is clean
Cons: Front desk staffs seem like have lots of attitude. Not a service oriented hotel. Not many things can do in the hotel, spa reception lady was a bit cold, bar is ok. After all, the only reason I like there is the cleanliness, janitor lady has done a perfect job.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Noisy air conditioning
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Our room had a connecting door to another room which was not locked and was only insulated with a block of foam and we could hear everything in the next room. In addition they couldn’t provide metal cutlery or a small table for dinning. Not sure why cutlery is so different than the towels they provided. How do they expect people to eat take out (because indoor dining was not available) if a small table of any kind could not be provided.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean, large size room, staff were very accommodating
Cons: No full length mirror , bed was sagging in the middle
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Spacious room, very comfortable and modern
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I think it could have been completely
Cons: I had to pay for early check in time on my wedding day
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Your provider (Cancelon) failed to provide us a hotel room.
Excellent 9.7

Pros: We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Cons: Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.

Cons: could have used a cash machine somewhere in the building.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Really did a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are quite large with generous seating areas and extra large bathrooms. Location is great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel property was immaculate and was in walking distance to many places of interest such as Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery area, St. Michael"s Cathedral, SONY Performing Atrs Center and many fabulous restaurants and bars. The employees of the hotel were motivated in making our experience a great one. The concierge staff were most helpful with their suggestions and directions.

Pros: Customer service was first class. Richard at the front desk was very helpful
Good 7.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed to celebrate my husbands birthday and brought our 2 year old, and the hotel concierge and butler service were beyond accommodating! Although it’s a pricey stay, the service made it well worth it!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful. Our favorite was the Trump chocolate bars. The kids loved the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror.
Cons: My only complaint was the the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. It was a little dim for applying makeup.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Need exhaust fans in the bathroom Lack of TV stations in the lounge - why in Canada could we not see the Stanley Cup playoffs in the lounge???
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We inadvertently left somethings in the car that was valet parked. Our bellhop brought our bags up and immediately helped us with our situation. In a few minutes our other items were up in our room. It was so effortless. I also loved how well staffed if was and how ready they were to help us with anything.
Good 6.8
Pros: People very friendly...Jon twigg very kind to get door leading into our room fixed.
Cons: Door didn't work..had to wait to get fixed. Room not ready when we arrived at 330pm, had to wait 20 minutes in lobby. Bed not turned down second night we were there. Hairs found in our bathtub..
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location is great. Short walk to everywhere and multiple places to eat nearby.
Cons: Be aware that you HAVE to valet park, which costs $50 per night per car. They do not give you the option to park yourself.

Good 6.0
Pros: Great location with very accommodating staff. Wonderful bed sheets and pillow cases. They have google chromecast in all rooms so you can cast your streams.
Cons: There is currently very loud and very early construction on both sides of the property. The north side, from our experience, was much quieter than the south side. Due to COVID reopening, the hotel was probably less than 10% occupancy so the restaurant and bar were not open (nor was room service). Unfortunately, we didn't know any of this before booking our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was fantastic. We had the lounge reserved to celebrate a birthday and the staff really went above and beyond to make it a great experience.
Cons: Self parking is confusing and limited as the lot is more for residents of a condo. Opt for valet if you can to avoid the hassle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Big comfortable and cosy rooms. Perfect for a staycation.
Cons: Noisy environment because of construction across the street on weekends.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Top smart design and comfort
Good 7.0
Cons: No view
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is a vibe. Great service
Excellent 9.0
Pros: What makes my stay exceptional is the staff from.the time we Check in the front desk staff Selena was extremely professional she was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.Excellent customer service with a flair of personal touch.Thank.you Selena and Bisha Hotels.
Cons: The room was noisy with construction around the area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly and good service at the hotel as well as at the roof top restaurant. The roof patio has really the best view in Toronto!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Service, location and style of the hotel was a 10/10. The staff delivered the highest level of customer service and truly acted as a concierge and ambassadors for the city. In particular, Selina took amazing care of us and made us feel at home. We will be back!
Cons: Beds were a little firm, could use a mattress update.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Evrything was amazing!!!!! Definitely coming back!
Okay 4.8
Pros: The reception staff are very friendly and customer service orientated. The hotel is situated right in the middle of downtown so a great location if you want to be out in the city
Cons: Very over priced for the level of room. They also have a rooftop bar which is a nightmare on the weekends. Visitors come in through the hotel lobby and use the elevators to access the bar. As the bar is currently a hot spot, this means long lines to access the elevator to your room on the weekends. The pool is also located on the bar level and has very little space. Bar staff are not helpful and borderline rude

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel has a great location minutes away from the CN tower and other attractions in Toronto. The hotel itself is gorgeous, rooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms especially were outstanding with the marble, heated floors, tub and shower and great lighting. Absolutely worth it and would stay again!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: overall a very nice hotel, great staff. Great location
Cons: would like to be able to have breakfast in our room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable, it was a one night stay so can’t ask for too much more. Mini fridge already in the king suite so that helped too.
Cons: No room service and if there was it was difficult to find. Checking out through the tv did not work but a simple call down to the front desk took care of that.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Loved the heated bathroom floor and how everything was so easily reachable. Like the light switches. Always very nice set up for the tv and an amazing room. Staff were so accommodating and had constant communication. Was excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Almost everything was perfect.
Cons: Duvet is way toooooo heavy
Excellent 9.1
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-appointed with lots of luxuries and very comfortable beds.
Cons: Walburgers was horrible
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location, clean and spacious.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown core, an easy walk to restaurants and bars on King Street West, Queen Street West, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Hotel is low-rise and relatively small, which is a plus for me. Easy, but somewhat expensive parking underground with direct access to hotel. Luxury room was comfortable and spacious.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room decor and use of kitchenette
Cons: Front check in.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was lovely. The service was a good as it could be given COVID. The location is amazing.
Cons: The WiFi was completely open. I understand that's the easier way, but it's not hard to set up WiFi that's a little more secure.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Pool and gym were closed due to covid
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Location couldn’t be better. For sure will recommend to my friends and will stay again
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great staff. perfect location. Fantastic price and amazing room. Loved it.
Cons: Bed was a bit short.. lol
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons: Everything was great.

Good 6.0
Cons: I didn’t get any instruction for my breakfast that included in my room when I checked in. And when I ask them in the morning they still didn’t tell me if it’s buffet or not and we just ordered and didn’t know if we need to pay in the future. Yep
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were super friendly, beautiful view as I was on the 42nd floor!
Cons: My bath tub didn’t work, but staff reduced the room rate which was very kind and fair!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent front desk staff, was able to check in early and great location. Very high standard of cleanliness and nice pool
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was very pleasantly surprised with the "boutique hotel" feel of the Delta. The staff was awesome, the installations and amenities were on par: great location, easy indoor parking right next door, wonderful rooftop bar, great gym and pool and those pillows...wow! The room was bigger than my expectations. Very well desgined, super clean, bathroom was nice and comfortable... All in all, a great stay and one that guarantees I'll be a returning client!
Cons: Everything was beyond my expectations. The only quasi complaint I'd have - and that's me nitpicking - we stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn't come and make the room after the first night. We didn't want to change the towels anyway but would have liked to come back to a freshly made bed. Aside from that, everything was great.

Good 7.1
Pros: Location is fantastic; new; indoor walk from UP train; staff are super friendly & attentive.
Cons: Sliding, frosted bathroom door right beside bed. Not a fan of this trend for the lack of bathroom privacy; bed a bit uncomfortable; elevator wait is long.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service, location, room, views and property.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not a thing
Good 7.4
Pros: Staff was competent and very friendly. Concierge helped me several times and obtained discounted tickets to Aquarium and Hockey Hall of Fame.
Cons: Hotel overlooks railway and train noise started early in the morning and was clearly heard in the rooms-go street side. No refrigerator or minibar in the room and no movies on TV.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: Price
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location. Easy to walk to Harbor front, CN tower, Aquarium and more. All just 5 mins walk away, great for kids of all ages.
Good 7.1
Pros: Location was terrific
Cons: Hotel system was down at check Iin. So didn't get to room until later. Ordered a cab for 5 people, 5 hours before we needed it and it didn't arrive. Staff ran around blaming others, but still no cab arrived for 5 people. 20 minutes later, we ended up taking two cabs. Next day (Sunday) we asked for a late check out of 1 pm (only an hour after regular checkout time). They said no, we could have until 12:30 only. The price of the room far exceeds the services provided.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s in a perfect area, hotel is very clean, will be staying here again!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Free breakfast was only for 2 adults, but I am a family of four and this was not stated upon booking. The breakfast from the restaurant was terrible and overpriced. My kids got 2 small, hard pancakes which cost $10! The pool facility layout is strange, and it's quite dated.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Absolutely nothing - Nothing was ready
Cons: Neither Marriott nor booking.com were honest about how little service there was. No BellBoy, No Concierge, No Valet Parking, No House-Keeping, No in-room Tea and Coffee. No Hot water in large parts of the shutdown hotel. No Room Service. No maintenance to repair a leaking toilet and no-one to help you move rooms away from the leaking toilet - Full price for what, a bed?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room, location, staff, cleanliness, Decor.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was conveniently located and was in the middle of the city. Not happy with the room service as much but the guest services were always helpful with every query.
Good 7.1
Pros: Never any wait for the elevator or the Starbucks!
Cons: Quite a bit is closed like the Club room, vending machines and ice machines, the rooms facing the baseball stadium, due to low occupancy levels I’m guessing.
Excellent 8.5
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Our room overlooked the field. And it was fun to watch them prepare for the home opener. Staff was great very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Supurb downtown location. The lobby bar view of the baseball field inside the Rogers Centre was pretty cool and would be awesome on game day.
Cons: Lousy view from our city view room on the 1st floor. Fitness center was nice but lacking a sauna , change area and sundries and other simple amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was big and had a view of the rogers centre, which we loved. Really liked that the screen tv welcomes you by your name, I thought that was excellent customer service. The bathroom was nicely decorated and I felt it was different then the regular hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and available valet parking saved us a lot of stress. Very friendly, helpful staff
Cons: We were booked for 3 people and only had 2 coffee cups. No microwave which should be standard
Okay 4.5
Pros: the location and the room was clean.
Cons: the manager isnt truthful and gives a horrible scammer vibe. its a long story, but he just lies to secure a sale and is very deceitful. also hotel management was slow and needed to be called multiple times for small concerns. it was annoying having to keep calling and reminding them. also the hotel had loud and disturbing noises as early as 6am and throughout the morning which made waking up very unpleasant. also no toothpaste, and the tv remote was missing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The convenience, it’s close to the majority of the tourist attractions and great places to eat.
Cons: Only thing, the room had a bit of a pet smell too it. I have a dog at home, so it wasn’t enough to bother me, but definitely noticeable and unexpected.
Excellent 9.1
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We took train, then walked mostly through skyway bridges from airport. Staff was friendly, room clean and ready for us. One night stay, was a comfortable rest. Was able to use Netflix to watch a show.
Cons: Recreation areas not available during our short stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and the location is great, right by the CN tower, walking distance to Union Station (about 10 minutes). The room I stayed in was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated, so there was no convenient access to a pool or fitness centre (you would have to go to the Delta hotel a couple of blocks away for that); the ice machine/vending machine room on my floor was locked with no sign or note explaining the reason or where to go for an open ice/vending machine room -- maybe those are also being renovated. My particular room seemed to be in need of renovations as well (like caulking the bathtub). After the renovations are completed things should be OK, but I was really disappointed as I had no heads up about these issues and would have booked a different hotel if I had known about them.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Stayed for a concert loved it
Excellent 8.5
Pros: it was a nice view and the water front wasn't to far from the amphitheater were i was going
Cons: it was over priced for a small hotel like that
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Large rooms and beautiful large bathroom. Staff friendly and happy to help
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Fast check in, complimentary breakfast above the norm, close to transport and entertainment
Cons: Expensive parking. Wifi should be free.

Okay 4.0
Pros: location was good. The room was a good size.
Cons: They perform cleaning between midnight and 3am. This kept waking us up. I've never been to a hotel that does that! They did give us a discount on the night, but still - I'd rather sleep well than have my money back. The breakfast situation was not handled properly in my opinion. Because of the pandemic, the usual facilities were closed. So we were given vouchers to a cafe downstairs. However, the selection of food was very poor and the fridge was often empty.

Pros: Friendly staff Great pool Big rooms Late check out
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, relaxing and the harbour view was just relaxing we actually ended up staying an extra night. Large shower, lots of towels. They brought in a microwave on request. Location is walking distance (even with a little one) to CN Tower and major central Toronto attractions. It's convenient that you have the parking even after checkout - until 6pm of your departure date. We came in March but I would consider it again in.summer to use the pool and patio.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reservation was booked over a month in advance on Kayak for a conference but upon arrival there was no record of my reservation. The Staff were very concerned and were able to get me a room in an otherwise fully booked hotel.

Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff was great and went above and beyond when needing assistance or needing to find a store
Cons: The grout in the shower was a bit dirty and well as the ceiling
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Cost of breakfast, but was still very great food!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: very nice updated hotel close to many attractions and public transportation.
Cons: staff could have been more knowledgeable about locations and attractractions
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Loved the full wall of windows with shutters on them in the bedroom and windows/skylights in the bathroom. Made the room so wonderfully bright in the mornings. Modern updates gave the room a high-end look and feel. Very beautiful. Very comfortable.
Cons: We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location between Ontario lake and the CN tower!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.
Good 6.8
Pros: The location was pretty good with pretty quick access via street car to the main subway terminal. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Settled into the hotel restaurant for dinner--seemed nice at first glance--only to discover that the only way for guests to use the pool facility is to enter and exit, you guessed it, right through the restaurant. Read: noisy kids, waterlogged floors, noisy commotion, did I mention noise? Yeah. Noise, lots of noise. What an incredible fail for Radisson.
Good 7.7
Pros: The breakfast french toast was delicious. Good downtown location.
Cons: Room didn't have blackout curtains, but it did have Eastern exposure (i.e. the early sun). I think the more expensive rooms had blackout curtains, but that should be a standard feature, not one you pay more for! Bathroom didn't have a toilet-paper dispenser. Had to unroll it on my own. Nor did the shower have a full closing door- only half the shower was covered.
