Toronto hotels near CN Tower

Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.

Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.

Cons: Inexperienced bar staff uneven food offerings

Cons: Hard to figure out room - controls difficult to find, shower uncomfortable, not enough storage space in room. Hotel is in a deserted wasteland with no restaurants and 1 coffee shop in a mile radius. Toronto is in the middle of a lock-out with the A/V union at the next-door convention center, so every 6:15 am we were woken up by someone shouting through a megaphone at the hotel, saying we should be ashamed of ourselves.

Cons: Literally nothing. Like, maybe a Nespresso machine in the room? It was phenomenal. Even the LPs in my room were perfect for me. It's like they knew. THEY KNEW.

Cons: They just opened so the bar nor restaurant were open, which was unfortunate. There was a bit of construction going on too. The room was not that insulated for sound and could hear hallway and outside noise.

Cons: It was under construction (renovation) and some facilities were closed

Cons: the mattress was too hard. wokeup with a sore back. wont go back due to this issue. otherwise was a great stay.

Cons: Cheap price room but you pay extra for parking and wifi. Nearly 70 bucks just for those 2 alone. Rooms were nice but the ACC was terrible. Even at the lowest setting room never got below 23

Cons: Parking cost $35 extra, and wifi was $10 per day. It's 2015 man, wifi should be freeee!

Cons: Beware of the crime in the area. There was a murder outside the front door. If safety is a concern you should not stay here.

Cons: Carpets in hallway had multiple stains, rooms badly needed an update, would not recommend staying here, choose something nicer.

Cons: the fact that the manager would not be accommodating in our time of need!

Cons: Free parking would have been appreciated. 30$/day is pretty steep, especially on a Sunday

Cons: the pool could be warmer. the hot tub was a bacteria and sludge factory. It's not your fault. The volume of people made it that way.

Cons: The being woken up at 5:30 am by a fire alarm that went on for 30 minutes, only to have a jack hammer being used 2 hours after that. Barely anyone in the hotel spoke to us, and it took over an hour to check out and get my deposit back. Will never return.

Cons: They charge extra for wifi. Free wifi is provided to some SPG members under conditions that are not consistent across Sheraton hotels.

Cons: Hotel is very old and needs a serious facelift. Rooms need more modern ammenities.

Cons: Service was terrible. Facilities were poorly maintained. Facilities were terrible. Food options were terrible.
