Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent lakeside location and the variety and quality of the breakfast. Many found the rooms spacious and appreciated the friendly staff in some cases. However, there were frequent complaints about the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and especially the pool area, which many felt needed renovation. The air conditioning and WiFi were also problematic for several guests, and some experienced unhelpful service or maintenance delays. Overall, while the setting and breakfast stood out positively, the hotel's aging infrastructure and inconsistent cleanliness detracted from the experience.
