comfortable, nice rooms, nice reception staff, interesting and unique interior, perfect location , just at the main old town square

There is cigarette smoke coming into rooms from the elevator shaft, which is linked to the night club in the basement . Breakfest menu and pottery on the is not replaced fast when empty or not enough on the main table. If you want omelette or smth like that , you need to ask, cause you may not be asked by the staff. The rooms from the backyard are a little bit noisy - people noise from the open hotel restaurant and air condition output on the roof. On the other hand the rooms on the front wall have a walking street noise.

The location is excellent. The room was nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

Air conditionned started to leak in the middle of the night, making a terrible noise dripping. We spent 1 h on the knees trying to put towels on the floor to prevent the noise. When air conditionned was switched off the temperature was unbearable since the room was located under the roof (heat came both from the roof and from the bathroom with heated japanese WC). Sleeping was impossible.
