Best location,nice old downtown french building.Nice people
Nice building but old.VERY Bad&annoying smell coming out of the bathroom every night we came back from our day tour --I suppose it was something due to old facilities-plumbing,certainly not dirt or something like that.Prefer a room with a window in the bathroom maybe will be better

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful and informative - thanks again for the advice! It is at an excellent location and good value for money.
The bathroom was nice and spacious, but it would have been nice to have a shower curtain.

The location is excellent, just off Capitole place, surrounded by good restaurants and easy walking distance to the main sights. Staff were friendly, my room adequate size with a balcony overlooking a quet courtyard.
No hairdryer in room... but once I mentioned this at reception, they sorted the problem and gave me one for the duration of my stay. Shower was a little cramped as well.

The hotel is very well situated, right next to Capitol. I had a great room (standard room) considering the budget I allocated, but it was pure hazard as the friends I have travelled with received really small rooms (not to mention their bathrooms).
The hotel has just on the entrance a 20 steps stair and no lift. When I arrived, a very nice lady – a client (!) helped me out, but did not have the same luck when I left. The hotel staff was rather polite, but not excessively.
