Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the Porta Nigra and city center, making it ideal for sightseeing. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality. While some guests highlighted friendly and helpful staff, others encountered unfriendliness or inconsistent service. Room size and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, though several reviews mentioned that the hotel and rooms are dated and in need of renovation. Some amenities, such as the bar and restaurants, were closed during certain stays, and issues with air conditioning, lighting, and bathroom facilities were noted. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as the hotel's main strengths.AI-Generated from customer reviews
