The nice shape of the room. I think we had the nicest room in the hotel. The breakfast was nice and cosy. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpfull.
The only thing I didn't like was the (very) long time we had to wait before we got our drinks in the cafe-part, while all other people in the restaurant were served immediatly. (By the way: I think that everything you don't like is a complaint; so how can you say what you don't like whitout complaining???)

Very laid back. Twin hotel across even nicer. Most staff very helpful
Car park is 250 yards away in gated area. Need to unload luggage at hotel and then drive into car park. Leaving hotel involves opposite problem. When we arrvied lift wasn't working for at least three hours so luggae stayed in lobby until 7.00pm.
