Pros (+) Decent quality to the room and the fixtures
Cons (-) Front desk staff was terrible. By booking with Kayak, I forfeited my hilton honors points, my room priority, my freebies at check in, and apparently, the professional treatment by the staff. Didn't get a receipt for my expense report either. I'm gonna book direct from now on- the convenience of your app was a myth.
