Cons (-) A/C didn't work, toilet runs, small tv with terrible reception. Not worth it for the price stay anywhere else

Pros (+) Loved the open courtyard. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great Location. i am sure when all the remodeling is complete this place will be a resort.
Cons (-) More info on extras such as breakfast and happy hour would be helpful when you check in. Bar prices are a little steep.

Cons (-) The hotel is being renovated so there is dirt and dust everywhere. I feel like that should have been disclosed when we booked our reservation. They are not reasonable when it comes to Late check out but our room wasn't even ready to check into at their designated check in time. The drawers in the bureau were broken and the metal dust guard was bent and ready to slice someone's foot off at the ankl...
