the design in the rooms was beautiful, very comfy, and spacious. Loved the setup of the bathroom as well as the overhead rain nozzle in the shower. The food in the restaurant was great.
The service in the restaurant was extremely slow in the late evening, despite there being very few people there. There was a lot of construction going on that created some confusion and odd contrast in some areas of the hotel.

Very unhappy
The housekeeping and breakfast person were nice.
I wish I could post pictures with this review. I'm seriously disappointed. Rooms were being remodeled and when we checked in they gave us an unremodeled room. I can't imagine there wasn't one remodeled one left. The comforter had a giant obvious stain, the robe had a clump of hair on it, the white curtains were stained, orange finger marks were on the bathroom door, the bathroom door handle was incredibly loose, the outlet plates were either not secure or the outlets wouldn't hold plugs, the shower bar was broken, the sink in the bedroom had a faulty handle, the doors were scuffed up and the couch had a big stain on it. This was my first hotel stay with my husband in many years and we very excited to stay there and be extremely close to my parents house because it was Thanksgiving. I'm very disappointed that we were not offered a renovated room even after upgrading $20 a day for the top floor with breakfast. I'm disgusted that a room in that condition was sold and don't know if I will go back.
