The whole staff and service was great at the property. When we checked in at the front desk the first person we met was Rome. He was overly helpful and gave a first-class experience upon check-in.
Nothing, wonderful property the hummingbird trail is a great experience.

Resort fee
The facility and grounds are wonderful, and feels as if it is far away from town. Room furnishings could use an upgrade. Upon check out, I was informed that I would be charged a resort fee per person. Not a lot, $10, but I was not informed of this on check in.

Good escape
This facility is a great desert escape for a few days. We did not use many of the amenities as we were visiting family for the most part. However, the room was satisfactory with the exception of exterior noise.
We had a lower level room that gave us the priveledge of hearing every footstep and conversation from the upper room. Additionally, the entry doors need some major soundproofing; every time someone came to their room, it was as if they were standing in our room holding a conversation. Finally, there was an oily substance on the powder room counter that was never removed during our three days at the facility. The counter likely needs replacement.

Great location and spacious rooms with a view
Loved the great big room, and that there were two sinks in the bathroom. The hotel accommodated our dog and put us in a lovely first floor room that lead right onto the walking path for easy access to the outdoors. Food was also great! We will definitely be back!

Located in the Sonoran Desert in Tucson, Arizona is the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa. The property is over 80 acres of land. The style is Southwestern but with an upscale flair.
The hotel has 241 rooms that have balconies with beautiful views of the desert landscape. Amenities in the rooms include free WiFi, pillowtop mattresses, plasma TVs, premium linens, and down pillows. There are junior suites that have mountain views and the Stargazer Spa Suite, the best room in the house, that has its own outdoor hot tub and a patio.
Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa has two restaurants on the property. One serves up many of the Southwestern type foods that guests will expect from the area. The other has more of comfort food items and some really good options for snacks. Guests can also choose to dine in their rooms by ordering room service.
The resort houses a full-service spa where travelers can go for some pampering. The local area offers plenty in the way of hiking, biking, nature trails, and horseback riding. The hotel also has eight tennis courts for guests to enjoy. They’re lit at night even for some cooler night games. Stargazing is a big attraction in this area as the desert provides a good setting for it. There’s also lots of golfing in the area, too.
