Pros:Location by convention center!
Pros:Our family was in town for a convention- very accommodating staff, nice clean rooms. The cafe was excellent, evening bar was mediocre.
Cons:The property is isolated if you're walking, no restaurants, bars etc within reasonable walking distance.

Cons:$10 parking didn't know about it until arrival and the $50 additional fee that was charged which was to go toward possible fees. Would have liked to know about it prior to booking.
Pros:Hotel was as advertised, and location was convenient for our purposes.
Cons:There was some kind of youth Soccer event happening close by with either most (dozens & dozens of kids) or many of them staying at this location, because a of this their were multiple groups of kids running up and down the hallways, partying and/or running in and out of their rooms. The elevators were also always constantly busy and overcrowded because of the kids, with very long waits going up and down (17 floors?), and even forcing us at times to use the service elevators and stairs. I would have complained to the hotel mang. about this, but because of the size of the event and number of people involved I got the impression it wouldn't have made much of a difference. In the end we just stayed away from our rooms as long as possible, during our brief two night stay.
Pros:Staff was great and room was very nice. Stayed on the 14th floor and the view was great. Just a very nice hotel.
Cons:Breakfast was not complimentary.
