Guests say
Most guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's service, citing issues such as unresponsive or absent staff, poor housekeeping, and lack of daily cleaning or towel replacement. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and unsanitary conditions. While a few reviews noted neutral or slightly positive aspects such as room size, value, or location, the overwhelming sentiment was negative, especially regarding service and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
