Our room was a great size and meant that in the week we stayed, we could spread out and relax. The breakfasts were stupendous with enough choices for even the pickiest of eaters.
The fact that people smoked in the lobby and the smoke got in to our room. Although the bathroom was huge, the shower recess was tiny and a bit uncomfortable. The staff were helpful but woefully informed as to things like where the bus station was etc.

We arrived very late due to TunisAir delay at Cairo, the reception staff were most helpful and understanding. In the morning, after a restful night there was plenty of time for breakfast, and to vacate our rooms. The staff have a good understanding of English. I wish we could have stayed longer. Value for money is outstanding.
I was travelling with my 84 year old mother and a lift would have been helpfull as stairs are an effort.

Good place in town, not far from Medina but neither from main roads and even Airport; food (diner) was acceptable in relation to price.
Room needs to be restored while some rust on certain parts but also old door not closing properly. Reception could be a bit friendlier even if the mentality in Tunisia is not to compare with Europe.

Rooms were spacious and the staffs were very friendly. The Hotel is just 20 min walk to Main Street of Tunis and 3 min by Taxi. Airport is only 10 min and charge only 4 dinar max. The rare view overlooking a football yard, nice view. Room service food is much better than the outside.
Breakfast was the same almost every day. There was no elevator but that wasn't an obstacle though.
