Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were OK but room was on the small side and showing its age
Failure to deliver on services that were paid for and the lack of staff when we needed them early in the morning for an airport transfer

Staff at the reception was gentle
Internet not working. Bathroom in poor state. Coffee at breakfast was... green (yes!). Even worse during Ramadan because the restaurant was only proposing the same buffet each evening (quality of the food questionable). Tunisian people calls it an "Hotel for Lybians".
