Intitially tried to give me a lower grade room to the one I booked but was moved immediately I complained. Resort has fabulous pools in the valley and is of a good standard.
Rooms at the top of the resort - Lumbung Villas - do suffer from some road noise but not too intrusive and is very quiet overnight

The Beji Resort is a wonderful little resort in Ubud! We loved the place, the location is great near some wonderful restorans and galeries, the rooms/villas are lovley, the view is fantastic and the pools at the resort are fantastic!!!

Hotel position and view.
Considering the room rates (about 100 Eur/day) the hotel facilities should be better kept than currently, i.e. the bathroom, even if pretty large, is really essential and old.

We were very fortunate to be able to stay in fantastic accomodation.Brilliant views of jungle and so very quiet. Staff excellent.

The staff were very nice, polite and cheerful, always with a happy smile on their face. The location was beautiful and my room was large , bright and very comfortable and clean. No insects in the room and the grouns were well maintained. Beautiful vistas. and there was a free hotel shuttle bus to and from Ubud 3 times a day. Also in the general are there were lots of galleries and art shops.
The food in the restraunt was not great. Average more like. And for the equivalent price of $100 in Nusa Dua, you get a lot more. But do not know if it is fair to compare in that way.
