Better customer service worst ever
The hotel was comfortable , good price and a good value. Included breakfast was a plus. Bed, linens and towels were first rate.
My only suggestion and the reason i didn’t gave 5 stars is that the rooms needs an update. They really need updated furniture.
Close to the hockey game we went to at the Pacific Coliseum; that is why we booked it.
Only stayed briefly for 1 night as stop over but we were upgraded. room was large and well equipped. Breakfast included in price which is not always the case in N American hotels
It was a long way out of the city centre. Busy, noisy road outside.
Staff extremely helpful and you could have access to a shuttle bus via reception
A long way from city centre although very easy on bus directly outside hotel...passes through a dodgy area though!
It has a very nice environment for staying a couple days. The room was clean, breakfast was good actuall, they claimed 'deliciously nutritious'. I was happy choosing this hotel.
Only problem was it was too close to the main street. When in the quiet night, the traffic sounds bad...if you have some problem in sleeping. For the ones who does not care so much about the noise when sleeping, this is a good choice I think.
Spacious room, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff
No good restaurant in or near so far from downtown
I appreciated the friendly staff and clean, pleasant room
It was New Year's Eve and the room next door was used for a loud party, which made sleeping nearly impossible. The party spilled into the hallway. At 2:00 a.m. I entered the hall and let the party-goers know that I needed to get up at 5:00 a.m. They were polite and moved away from my room door. Considering it was New Year's, the events were not unexpected, but it would help to designate a party area for such events so that others could use their room for sleeping.
