10.0 Wonderful
We had a great stay. The king bed was comfortable, the view great, and the staff friendly. The quality of the provided soap, shampoo, and tea/coffee was good. There is a hot tub, pool, male/female sauna and steam room in the change rooms. There was also gym equipment with squash courts available. We had the impression most of the people using the pool were members of a club and the minority were hotel guests. The pool is definitely more for lane swimming rather than lesiure swimming.

Pros:The pool and gym were fantastic along with the sauna. Shower had high water pressure. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Cons:I felt the bed was too hard for my liking. It wasn't lumpy at all but definitely too firm. Finding the parking garage was a bit of a chore as well

Pros:Location.. Going on Cruise and only 1.5 blocks from Cruise Ship Terminal. and 1 block from Train.... The Room Suite was well decorated and very comfortable, Clean and prepared for our arrival.
Cons:Had booked 2 rooms and paid in advance. On arrival only showed one room booked. Staff worked to correct issue but only after turning attention to other parties who arrived at counter then came back to us. Poor Signage walled past the Hotel. Very poor continental breakfast , appears added as a after thought, not enough room or selection. Common areas on floor were not environmental regulated areas were hot and muggy

Pros:The property is a very easy walk (even in inclement weather) to the convention center. It excels based on value: a bit cheaper than the others but includes continental breakfast and a access to a nice fitness center.
