Staff utterly disengaged from the process. Not welcoming. Were sitting on the curb outside the lobby when I arrived. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for the attendant. Rooms aren't cozy. It's obvious this place was "facelifted" - but it was a slap dash job. $200+ for the room. Not a great experience.
