Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently highlighted the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many appreciated the convenient location and felt safe during their stay. Some guests mentioned comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were repeated concerns about noise between rooms, occasional issues with room and pool cleanliness, and dissatisfaction with the hot tub, gym, and breakfast room being unavailable or below expectations. Some guests also experienced problems with payment processes and parking fees. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests expressing willingness to return.
