Pros (+) Was right downtown Vancouver BC...that was about it.
Cons (-) In the description of the hotel on Kayak they did NOT explain the services structure at all! 1. When we arrived they mentioned it’s a shared bathroom and shared shower with the entire hotel floor...this was not mentioned on the website. 2. Cons (-) Was a completely terrible experience. Only two showers per floor (which is like 15-20 rooms). WiFi was awful and had to go to the lobby to use it. The worse part was that my friend and I both got entirely bit up by BED BUGS and when we contacted them a day later to ask for a refund, the hotel took 4 days to respond and informed me that they would not reimburse anything because I couldn't prove it ...

Pros (+) Rooms were small but clean. Great location on Granville walking distance to most bars/restaurants. Much cheaper than other hotels.
Cons (-) No bathroom in your room. Common areas were a bit dirtier and initially felt a little sketchy. No amenities.
