Cheap hostel. Arlecchino much better
Slightly cheaper
Emailed month in advance with our late arrival request. Got there and they were closed, didn't take a phone call and didn't refund. Stayed at arlecchino around the corner. They didn't have enough space the next night so we had to go back to this rathole. The washer didn't work. They wouldn't give us another towel when we went to the front desk and I got eaten up by bed bugs. We are seasoned travelers (all 50 US STATES and 67 countries and territories on every inhabited continent.) on this trip we were in Africa and Asia. This was the one dark moment of the trip. More low brow than the thousand year old tiny home in the old medina in Morroco. The lady at the front desk was nice but that's about it.

stuff said we share tow other guests but it was three, there was no heater in the bed room, extremely cold

no , I dont like this hotel anymore, It so not safe fr me who travelling with mom, two women. Reception & my apartment is not same bulidling , . It not conveince if I have trouble . The building is renovated and I can'topen for canal sence . I feel not safe to stay in that apartment. Heater is not working and I come from Asia , I don't know how to open it . It very bad experience fr my first time in B&B . I will not use B&B room style again.

All the staff is very very kind and available! They offer good support before and after the journey. The position is perfect to see all the city by day and night. Rooms are comfortable, very quite and clean. The breakfast is great and complete. I reccomend this bed and breakfast.

Location - close to train station
Two things. First, there was no key for the room and we have shared apartment with someone else. Second, there was no heating and the night was really cold.
