No quisieron cancelar la reserva a pesar que sabían de la epidemia del coronavirus no permitía entrar a los turistas a Italia
While nothing in the booking mentioned that the room was a dependency, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Great location, more then suitable accommodations. Just about the only cheap thing in the entire city of Venice
Would have liked to know the room was a dependency before i booked it.
difficult to find, breakfast very basic, room very clean but furniture tired looking, room accross the alley from hotel. no television, location convenient, once found. felt safe in the area, entrance to room right on alley bit noisy with trolleys for market stalls coming and going late at night and early in morning.
there was nothing specific that we did not like. only it was not the same standard as other hotels that we booked on this site.
staff were absolutely rude, very poor communication, very poor guidance for some one new to country. advert said wifi at extra cost but no wifi provided, would not recommend to any body
This was actually a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, which was fabulous. In a really nice area with tons of restaurants, shops and markets around. Great view of the city.
Very nice hotel, our room was very pretty and very clean. Also perfect position.
Breakfast very poor, would recommend to go for accomodation only.
Very secure room. Apartment came with a kitchen which was helpful.
A little expensive but that's Venice. Breakfast could be improved.
Nice hotel staff, very interesting design of the room, cleanliness of the room
very hard to find a way to Hotel Ariel Silva, bathroom and toilett room were too small, breakfast was very poor
The breakfast was quite good and most of the staff were friendly, especially the owners.
The room had a very strong unpleasant smell, as did the whole building which was extremely off putting. The room was very dark, very small and we had booked a double but the room was a twin. Other than that, was OK.
The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Location wise, it is brilliant as it is just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station (of course, provided you know your way).
The rating for comfort is considered fair as the room that I was staying is located at the ground floor. At night, there were people sitting outside the window and chat one whole night, hence, we couldn't sleep well. It was really irritating. But otherwise, the room is quite comfortable. Facilities was considered fair as there is no TV in the room. Also, It would be good if we were allowed to use the air-con in the room as it was rather warm in Venice when we were there in May.
