Cons (-) My room was not very well insulated for sound. Talking in rooms next door could be heard clearly in my room. Window shade did not block outdoor lights. I would not recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Pros (+) The location of this property is close to the airport - great as we had to fly out the next morning. It's about 20 min drive outside of venice ($40 euro taxi each way). The grounds are neat, clean, and very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Has a lift and free parking. Would have been happy to stay their longer.
Cons (-) Service at the front desk was SLOW. We were excited to head off to Venice and the check-in process took longer than we hoped. Everything went off w/out a hitch, just wish they were less leisurely to check us in and check us out.

Pros (+) Nice pool, they were still working on the patio Included breakfast was nice, good selection Would suggest this hotel, if all you're looking for is a place to sleep, clean, quiet, but not much around. Shuttle to airport went well.
